Indiana Statutes
§ 33-23-8-3 — "Practitioner"
As used in this section, "practitioner" means a person who holds a license. The term includes the following:
(1)An attorney.
(2)A person practicing an occupation or a profession that is
licensed under IC 27 or by an entity described in IC 25-0.5-3.
