Text

As used in this section, "practitioner" means a person who holds a license. The term includes the following:

(1)An attorney.
(2)A person practicing an occupation or a profession that is licensed under IC 27 or by an entity described in IC 25-0.5-3. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-1-16-3.]
