§ 33-23-4-3 — Appointment
The court administrator shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the majority of the judges of the following courts of the county sitting in committee:
(1)Circuit court.
(2)Superior court.
(3)Juvenile court.
(4)Probate court.
(5)Criminal court.
