§ 33-23-4-2 — Creation of position

Indiana·Art. 23 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 4 Court Administrators
The position of court administrator may be created by a majority vote of the judges in section 3 of this chapter in every county having a population according to the last United States decennial census of more than one hundred thousand (100,000) persons.
