Text
The coordinator and members of the professional and administrative staff of a problem solving court who perform duties in good faith under this chapter are immune from civil liability for:
(1)acts or omissions in providing services under this chapter; and
(2)the reasonable exercise of discretion in determining eligibility
to participate in a problem solving court program.
