Indiana Statutes
§ 33-23-16-2 — "Chemical test"
As used in this chapter, "chemical test" means an analysis of an individual's:
(1)blood;
(2)breath;
(3)hair;
(4)sweat;
(5)saliva;
(6)urine; or
(7)other bodily substance;
to determine the presence of alcohol, a drug, or a controlled substance
(as defined in IC 35-48-1.1-7).
