§ 33-23-11-12 — Compensation resulting from material information

A justice, judge, or prosecuting attorney may not accept any compensation from any employment, transaction, or investment that was entered into or made as a result of material information of a confidential nature. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-8-4.]
