Indiana Statutes
§ 33-23-11-1 — "Cause"
As used in this chapter, "cause" means a trial,
a hearing, an arraignment, a controversy, an appeal, a case, or any
business performed within the official duty of a justice, judge, or
prosecuting attorney.
