3.

(a)"Provider", for purposes of IC 31-28-2 and IC 31-28-3, means an individual, a partnership, a corporation, or a governmental entity that is enrolled in the Medicaid program under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2 by the office of Medicaid policy and planning.
(b)"Provider", for purposes of IC 31-28-1, has the meaning set forth in IC 31-28-1-2.
(c)"Provider", for purposes of IC 31-27, means a person who operates a child caring institution, foster family home, group home, or child placing agency under IC 31-27.
