Text
5. "Long term foster parent", for purposes of IC 31-32-2.5 and IC 31-34-21, means a foster parent who has provided care and supervision for a child:
(1)for at least the twelve (12) most recent months;
(2)for at least fifteen (15) months of the most recent twenty-two
(22)months; or
(3)if the child is less than twelve (12) months of age, for at least
six (6) months.
