§ 31-9-2-65 — "Issuing state"
Indiana·Art. 9 DEFINITIONS
(a)"Issuing state", for purposes of the
Uniform Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18.5, has the
meaning set forth in IC 31-18.5-1-2.
(b)"Issuing state", for purposes of the Uniform Child Custody
Jurisdiction Act under IC 31-21, has the meaning set forth in IC 31-21-2-11.
