Text
(a)"Income payor", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 and IC 31-16-16, means an employer or other person who
owes income to an obligor (as defined in IC 31-9-2-86(a)).
(b)"Income payor", for purposes of the Uniform Interstate Family
Support Act under IC 31-18.5, means an employer or other person who
owes income to an obligor (as defined in IC 31-18.5-1-2).
