§ 31-9-2-5 — "Adoption history"
Indiana·Art. 9 DEFINITIONS
"Adoption history", for purposes of IC 31-19-17 through IC 31-19-24, means:
(1)identifying information (as defined in section 54 of this
chapter);
(2)the medical history (as defined in section 78 of this chapter);
and
(3)nonidentifying information (as defined in section 84 of this
chapter).
