Text
(a)"Guardian", for purposes of IC 31-11-10-1, IC 31-15-2-5, and IC 31-15-3-4, has the meaning set forth
in IC 29-3-1-6.
(b)"Guardian", for purposes of the juvenile law, means a person
appointed by a court to have the care and custody of a child or the
child's estate, or both.
