§ 31-9-2-47 — "Foster parent"
Indiana·Art. 9 DEFINITIONS
"Foster parent", for purposes of the juvenile
law, means an individual who provides care and supervision to a child
in a foster family home (as defined in IC 31-9-2-46.9). The term
includes a licensed kinship caregiver and an unlicensed kinship
caregiver.
