§ 31-9-2-45 — "Family services"

Indiana·Art. 9 DEFINITIONS

"Family services", for purposes of the juvenile law, means services provided to:

(1)prevent a child from being removed from a parent, guardian, or custodian;
(2)reunite the child with a parent, guardian, or custodian; or
(3)implement a permanent plan of adoption, guardianship, or emancipation of a child. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citations: 31-6-1-6 part; 31-6-1-15.]
