§ 31-9-2-20 — "Child with a disability"
Indiana·Art. 9 DEFINITIONS
"Child with a disability", for purposes of IC 31-34-1-9, means an individual who:
(1)is less than eighteen (18) years of age; and
(2)has a disability (as defined in IC 22-9-1-3(r)).
