Text
5. "School", for purposes of section 31 of this chapter and IC 31-39-2-13.8, means a:
(1)public school (including a charter school as defined in IC 20-24-1-4); or
(2)nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12);
that must comply with the education records privacy provisions of the
federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. 1232g)
to be eligible to receive designated federal education funding.
