§ 31-9-1-2 — Inapplicability of definitions
Except as otherwise provided, the definitions in this article do not apply to the following:
(1)IC 31-11-3.
(2)IC 31-21 (or IC 31-17-3 before its repeal).
(3)IC 31-18.5.
(4)IC 31-19-29.
(5)IC 31-37-23.
