Subject to IC 31-40-1-3, juvenile court may order the parent or guardian of the estate of any child for whom a guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate is appointed to pay to the probation department a user fee of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for deposit by the probation department in:

(1)the guardian ad litem fund if a guardian ad litem has been appointed; or
(2)the court appointed special advocate fund if a court appointed special advocate has been appointed. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-18(i) part.]
