§ 31-40-1-1 — Application of article
Indiana·Art. 40 JUVENILE LAW: FUNDING·Ch. 1 Cost of Services; Liability of Parent or Guardian to Pay
This article applies to costs paid by the
department, the department of correction, and counties under this
chapter, including costs resulting from the institutional placement of a
child adjudicated a delinquent child or a child in need of services.
