Indiana Statutes
§ 31-39-9-1 — Exchange of information regarding delinquent children
The following entities and agencies may exchange records of a child who is a child in need of services or has been determined to be a delinquent child under IC 31-37-1-2, if the information or records are not confidential under state or federal law:
(1)A court.
(2)A law enforcement agency.
(3)The department of correction.
(4)The department of child services.
(5)The office of the secretary of family and social services.
(6)A primary or secondary school, including a public or
nonpublic school.
(7)The department of child services ombudsman established by
IC 4-13-19-3.
