§ 31-39-7-1 — Juvenile court records
Indiana·Art. 39 JUVENILE LAW: JUVENILE RECORDS·Ch. 7 Correction of Incorrect or Misleading Information
A person on whom juvenile court records
subject to IC 31-39-1 and IC 31-39-2 are maintained may request the
court to modify any information that the person believes is incorrect or
misleading.
