Text

If:

(1)a preliminary inquiry under IC 31-34-7 or IC 31-37-8 takes place in a school; and
(2)the preliminary inquiry is conducted in the presence of school officials; any record of the proceeding compiled by school officials is confidential and is not open to public inspection under IC 5-14-3-3. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-8-1.3.]
