The records of the juvenile court are available without a court order to the parents of a child whenever the custody or support of that child is in issue in an action initiated under IC 31-15 or IC 31-16 (or IC 31-1-11.5 before its repeal). [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-8-1(b) part.]
