Text

If:

(1)the child is an alleged delinquent child; and
(2)the child's parent, guardian, or custodian fails to participate in the program of informal adjustment; the probation department or the department may file a petition for compliance. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-12(b) part.]
