Text
Whenever a city, town, or county determines
that any curfew time established by section 2 or 3 of this chapter is
later than is reasonable for public safety under the conditions found to
exist in the city, town, or county, the city, town, or county may, by
ordinance, advance the curfew time within the jurisdiction of the city,
town, or county by not more than two (2) hours.
