§ 31-37-23-8 — Compact administrator; acceptance and supervision of children from other states

Indiana·Art. 37 JUVENILE LAW: DELINQUENCY·Ch. 23 Interstate Compact on Juveniles
Each compact administrator may accept children from other states under the compact and shall arrange for the supervision of the children. The child's supervisor shall make periodic reports to the compact administrator regarding the conduct and progress of each child. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-10-3(b).]
