Text
(a)The governor shall appoint a compact
administrator for parolees. The administrator is an employee of the
department of correction.
(b)The judicial conference of Indiana shall appoint a compact
administrator for probationers under the compact.
(c)The administrators, in cooperation with the compact
administrators of other states, shall implement the compact.
