Text
(a)This section applies if a predispositional
report indicates that a child receives Medicaid and a court places the
child in:
(1)a juvenile detention facility; or
(2)a secure facility, not including a facility licensed as a child
caring institution under IC 31-27.
(b)The court shall immediately provide a copy of the dispositional
decree to the division of family resources.
