§ 31-37-19-28 — Copy of dispositional decree of a Medicaid recipient child by court to division of family resources

Indiana·Art. 37 JUVENILE LAW: DELINQUENCY·Ch. 19 Dispositional Decrees
(a)This section applies if a predispositional report indicates that a child receives Medicaid and a court places the child in:
(1)a juvenile detention facility; or
(2)a secure facility, not including a facility licensed as a child caring institution under IC 31-27.
(b)The court shall immediately provide a copy of the dispositional decree to the division of family resources.
