Text

The juvenile court may:

(1)enter an order for the maximum period of invalidation or denial of issuance under sections 13, 14, 15, and 16 of this chapter; and
(2)following a determination that the child has committed no further delinquent acts, enter an order to allow the child to receive a license or permit before the period of invalidation or denial is completed. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-15.9(h).]
