§ 31-37-17-5 — Examinations

Indiana·Art. 37 JUVENILE LAW: DELINQUENCY·Ch. 17 Predispositional Report

The juvenile court may do the following:

(1)Authorize an examination of the child under IC 31-32-12.
(2)Make provision for similar examination of the parent, guardian, or custodian if the person gives consent. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-15(e) part.]
