§ 31-37-10-8 — Motion to dismiss by person representing state's interests

Indiana·Art. 37 JUVENILE LAW: DELINQUENCY·Ch. 10 Filing of Petition Alleging That Child Is Delinquent
Upon motion by the person representing the interests of the state, the juvenile court shall dismiss any petition the person has filed. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-11.]
