Text

Not later than fifteen (15) days after completion of the report required by section 1 of this chapter, the law enforcement agency shall forward the contents of the report to the last:

(1)child care center or child care home in which the child was enrolled; or
(2)school the child attended in Indiana, if any; if the child is less than thirteen (13) years of age. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-13-4(b).]
