§ 31-35-1-8 — Advice to parents
Indiana·Art. 35 JUVENILE LAW: TERMINATION OF·Ch. 1 Voluntary Termination of Parent-Child Relationship by
Before consent may be given in court, the court must advise the parents of:
(1)their constitutional and other legal rights; and
(2)the consequences of their actions under section 12 of this
chapter.
