§ 31-34-9-6 — Detention hearing
Indiana·Art. 34 JUVENILE LAW: CHILDREN IN NEED OF·Ch. 9 Filing of Petition Alleging That Child Is Child in Need
If the juvenile court grants the request to have
the child taken into custody, the court shall proceed under IC 31-34-5-1
and IC 31-34-5-2.
