Text
(a)Not later than five (5) months after the
department implements a program of informal adjustment under this
chapter, the department shall file with the court a report indicating the
extent of compliance with the program.
(b)If the court approves an extension of the period of the informal
adjustment under section 6 of this chapter, the department shall file a
supplemental report not later than eight (8) months after the department
implements the program of informal adjustment updating the court on
the status of a person's compliance with the program.
