§ 31-34-8-6 — Duration of program; extension

Indiana·Art. 34 JUVENILE LAW: CHILDREN IN NEED OF·Ch. 8 Program of Informal Adjustment
A program of informal adjustment may not exceed six (6) months, except by approval of the juvenile court. The juvenile court may extend a program of informal adjustment an additional three (3) months. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-12(f) part.]
