§ 31-34-4-3 — Order to take child to designated place pending detention hearing

Indiana·Art. 34 JUVENILE LAW: CHILDREN IN NEED OF·Ch. 4 Temporary Placement of Child Taken Into Custody
If a child is taken into custody under an order of the court, the law enforcement officer shall take the child to a place designated in the order to await a detention hearing. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-6(c).]
