Text
A petition seeking to restrain a person from contact must be entitled "In the Matter of a No Contact Order for ___________". The petition must allege the following:
(1)That the respondent is likely to have direct or indirect contact
with the child in the absence of an order under this chapter.
(2)That the child has been adjudicated a child in need of services.
(3)That the best interests of the child will be served if the person
refrains from direct or indirect contact with the child.
