§ 31-34-25-1 — Eligible to file petition for no contact order

Indiana·Art. 34 JUVENILE LAW: CHILDREN IN NEED OF·Ch. 25 No Contact Orders

Any of the following may sign and file a petition for the juvenile court to require a person to refrain from direct or indirect contact with a child or a member of a foster family home (as defined in IC 31-9-2-46.9):

(1)The attorney for the department.
(2)The guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate.
