§ 31-34-20-7 — Provision of information by department of child services

Indiana·Art. 34 JUVENILE LAW: CHILDREN IN NEED OF·Ch. 20 Dispositional Decrees
If the department receives information, including positive results of a drug or alcohol screen, that indicates that a parent, guardian, or custodian may have violated a dispositional order of the court, the department shall provide the information to the court to be made part of the court record in the child in need of services proceeding.
