Text

If a court enters a dispositional decree that includes a no contact order under section 1(a)(7) of this chapter:

(1)the clerk of the court that enters a dispositional decree that includes a no contact order under section 1(a)(7) of this chapter shall comply with IC 5-2-9; and
(2)the petitioner shall file a confidential form prescribed or approved by the office of judicial administration with the clerk. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-15.4(b) part.]
