Text
If a licensed child placing agency assumes custody of a safe haven infant under section 2 of this chapter, the licensed child placing agency shall do the following:
(1)Without unnecessary delay, place the safe haven infant in a
preapproved adoptive home with a prospective adoptive parent
who intends to adopt the safe haven infant.
(2)File a petition to terminate the parent-child relationship under
IC 31-35-1.5.
