Text
If the court makes an order under section 2 of this chapter, only the following persons may be in the same room as the child during the child's testimony:
(1)Persons necessary to operate the closed circuit television
equipment.
(2)Persons whose presence the court finds will contribute to the
child's well-being.
(3)A court bailiff or court representative.
