§ 31-33-9-3 — Purchase of services of public or private agency
Indiana·Art. 33 JUVENILE LAW: REPORTING AND·Ch. 9 Designation of Public or Private Agencies to Investigate
To fulfill the purposes of this chapter, the
department may purchase the services of the public or private agency
designated to investigate reports of child abuse or neglect.
