Text

The protocol or agreement must describe the specific terms or conditions of the designation, including the following:

(1)The manner in which reports of a child who may be a victim of child abuse or neglect and who is under the care of a public or private institution will be received.
(2)The manner in which the reports will be investigated.
(3)The remedial action that will be taken.
(4)The manner in which the department will be kept fully informed on the progress, findings, and disposition of the investigation. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-11-16(b).]
