§ 31-33-8-5 — Forwarding copies of reports to prosecuting attorney
Indiana·Art. 33 JUVENILE LAW: REPORTING AND·Ch. 8 Investigation of Reports of Suspected Child Abuse or
The department shall immediately forward a
copy of all reports made under this article to the appropriate
prosecuting attorney if the prosecuting attorney has made a prior
request to the service in writing for the copies.
