§ 31-33-7-1 — Arrangement for receipt of reports
Indiana·Art. 33 JUVENILE LAW: REPORTING AND·Ch. 7 Receipt of Reports of Suspected Child Abuse or Neglect
The department shall arrange for receipt, on a
twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day per week basis, of all reports
under this article of suspected child abuse or neglect.
