§ 31-33-6-2 — Exception for gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct

Indiana·Art. 33 JUVENILE LAW: REPORTING AND·Ch. 6 Immunity of Persons Who Report Child Abuse or

Immunity does not attach for a person who has acted with:

(1)gross negligence; or
