§ 31-33-3-6 — Review of child abuse and neglect cases and complaints
The community child protection team may receive and review:
(1)any case that the department has been involved in within the
county where the team presides; and
(2)complaints regarding child abuse and neglect cases that are
brought to the team by a person or an agency.
